-W+K New York, Equinox and The LGBT Community Center created “The LGBTQ Alphabet” (video above).

-Heineken USA named Droga5 as creative agency of record for Dos Equis without a review, ending a relationship with Havas dating back over a decade. Droga5 will launch its first work for the client next year.

-Deutsch hired Dan Murphy as senior vice president, director of digital operations and production.

Keith Smith will step down from his position as president, international at TBWA Worldwide at the end of the year.

-Brooklyn-based production company XY Content added Laurel Parmet to its directorial roster.

-Minneapolis-based integrated creative and brand experience agency SixSpeed welcomed account director Heidi Lee.

-Alexandria, Virginia-based Williams Whittle Advertising hired Kelly Callahan-Poe as its new president.
