-Heineken USA named Droga5 as creative agency of record for Dos Equis without a review, ending a relationship with Havas dating back over a decade. Droga5 will launch its first work for the client next year.

-Deutsch hired Dan Murphy as senior vice president, director of digital operations and production.

-Brooklyn-based production company XY Content added Laurel Parmet to its directorial roster.

-Minneapolis-based integrated creative and brand experience agency SixSpeed welcomed account director Heidi Lee.

-Alexandria, Virginia-based Williams Whittle Advertising hired Kelly Callahan-Poe as its new president.
