-Digital ad tech company The Exchange Lab today announced has expanded its network by opening up shop in Chicago. link

-Science/technology museum The Franklin Institute  has selected the Philadelphia office of Allen & Gerritsen (a&g), as its strategic and creative partner.

-Dallas-based Moroch Partners has brought on Caroline Manning as a partner for the agency. In her new role, Manning will be responsible for managing the agency’s Houston-based Stage Stores account and will be based in the Dallas office, reporting to Moroch President, Rob Boswell.

– Jean Lin, global chief strategy officer/CEO of Isobar Asia Pacific has been appointed to the role of global CEO Isobar, effective immediately.
