-Digital BrandWorks alum Joe Scartz has joined R/GA Chicago as managing director/client services.

-Eden Tsehaye, who most recently helped lead digital analytics at Best Buy, has joined Digitaria Minneapolis as manager/analytics.

-McCann London is promoting Subway’s £2 breakfast in a new campaign (above).

-L.A.-based production company Believe Media and animation company Moo Studios have joined forces and as a result, Moo and its roster will serve as a division of Believe for animation and motion graphics-oriented work, as well as post-production services.

-The Chicago American Marketing Association has named hometown experiential agency All Terrain, as its AOR and strategic marketing partner for a two-year term.
