We Are Social US has partnered with Valerie Moizel, co-founder and CEO of The Woo to form Hello in the U.S., a separate boutique agency spun from the social agency with the agility of a startup.

Moizel will step in as president and chief creative officer of Hello and will bring key members of The Woo team to form the agency. Moizel has a long track record of executing strategic projects for clients, including Delonghi, Lenovo and LG.

“This collaboration presents an exciting opportunity to lead a new agency born from We Are Social and elevate our collective impact in the industry. Our plan is to push boundaries, drive innovation and deliver unparalleled results for our clients,” said Moizel in a statement.

Hello is a sister agency to We Are Social and will operate separately, specializing in offering cultural-driven campaigns and tailored social to fast-growing industries and challenger brands, according to the agency. Moizel will bring her signature “emotion-centric” approach and extensive production experience to Hello clients, offering a boutique-level of service and creative agility.

Hello has opened in the U.S., led by Valerie Moizel of The Woo.

“We are so excited to partner with Valerie and her team,” said Rebecca Coleman, CEO of We Are Social US in a statement. “Valerie’s extensive experience in building thoughtful campaigns and her reputation as a trusted creative partner make her the perfect leader for Hello. She will undoubtedly help us grow by tapping into culture, making emotive social campaigns, and ultimately redefine the standards of boutique agency services.”

Moizel’s transition into Hello represents a strategic move towards expanding We Are Social’s capabilities and client base in the U.S. With her expertise and deep relationships, Moizel will spearhead Hello’s growth initiatives, solidifying its position as an agile shop in social-first campaigns and short-form video production.

Hello first launched in Italy in 2019, where it now has a team of 80 people. It is part of the Plus Company network of creative agencies, which includes We Are Social, Cossette, Citizen Relations and Mekanism.
