Hyatt Hotels & Resorts has appointed VMLY&R to its agency roster. The agency is tasked with leading creative for World of Hyatt globally.
Together with the Hyatt marketing team, VMLY&R will help bring Hyatt’s travel experiences to its global customer base through the portfolio of Hyatt brands.
VMLY&R was selected by Laurie Blair, vice president of global marketing at Hyatt, who joined Hyatt in September 2022. There was no competitive pitch.
“As Hyatt continues on a path of transformative growth, we want to ensure travelers understand all that World of Hyatt has to offer,” said Blair in a statement. “To help us bring that vision to life, we tapped the creative talent at VMLY&R. We are looking forward to collaborating closely with this agency who embodies the spirit of Hyatt through and through.”
Headquartered in Chicago, Hyatt has over 1,250 hotels and all-inclusive properties in 76 countries across six continents. World of Hyatt is Hyatt’s guest loyalty program.

World of Hyatt and VMLY&R will begin working together immediately.
