VML Bolsters Client Engagement Leadership Team

VML boosted its client engagement leadership team with a series of hires and promotions.

Kate Frazier (pictured above) joins VML’s Kansas City office as managing director, client engagement, reporting to executive director Jennifer McDonald. She will take an active role on accounts including NAPA, QuickTrips and Dick’s Sporting Goods, which selected VML as its agency of record last October, following a review. Frazier arrives at VML following 16 years at CP+B, where she most recently served as vice president, group account director. 

Sharon Yee (pictured right) joins VML as managing director, client engagement, focused on managing and growing the Tyson business from within the WPP Team. She will be based out of the Chicago office and report to VML executive director, North America and WPP team leader on Tyson Julia Hammond. Yee arrives at VML with over two decades of marketing experience working with brands including Oreo, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, Nivea, Hawaiian Tropic and Motorola.

Stephanie DeCelles (pictured left) and Rich Fabritius were promoted to managing director, client engagement from their previous roles as group director, client engagement.

DeCelles will continue to lead the PepsiCo team in North America for VML out of the agency’s Kansas City headquarters while reporting to executive director Jennifer McDonald. She originally joined VML from Red Fuse Communications as an account director in 2013 and was promoted to her most recent role the following year.

Fabritius (pictured right)joined VML’s Atlanta office in 2016 after over a decade at Brunner and managed client relationships with The Navy Partnership, Keurig and Bridgestone North America. In his new role, Fabritius will lead a consolidated client engagement practice across VML’s Atlanta, Nashville and Memphis offices, based out of Atlanta, while continuing his lead role on the Bridgestone North America account.

Mark Serres (pictured left) arrives at VML’s Kansas City office as group director, client engagement for United Rental and Phillips 66 and will report to managing director, client engagement Jordan Cochran. Serres joins VML from Meteoric MKTG, the independent marketing consultancy he founded and led as CEO. He has over 20 years of experience working with clients including Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Russell Athletic, Alaska Airlines, Allergan and Sanofi.
