-Now that the NFL playoffs are upon us, Kona Brewing and its Hawaiian “bruddahs” are back with new TV spots from Duncan Channon designed to court football fans, in the latest installment of Kona’s “Dear Mainland” campaign. In the “Tailgate” spot, the “bruddahs” reveal they don’t need a game at all to have a gathering. A second spot, “Island Time” urges people to slow down a bit and just enjoy a Kona.

-Adweek has extended its Media Agency of the Year application deadline until Jan. 18.
