-Denver agency Cactus is bringing back its “Citizen Impeachment” campaign, which it initially launched during the impeachment hearings. The effort calls on viewers to vote on Nov. 3 and features an animated ad (video above), OOH billboards in swing states including Florida, Ohio and Wisconsin, and a digital toolkit which includes graphics for use on social media.
