-The University of Phoenix has handed part of its media account to Mediassociates, an independent agency in Sandy Hook, Conn. Incumbent OMD will still handle digital planning and buying for the brand. Last year, the for-profit school sent its creative to TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles and RAPP.
