Tuesday Stir

By Kyle O'Brien

-If your day isn’t going as planned, no matter how hard you try to prepare for the unexpected, there will always be something that gets in the way. CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice company, a popular maker of boba milk tea in the Philippines, knows this and in a new campaign from agency Gigil Philippines gives a woman who isn’t having a great day a needed anger release. Every time something goes haywire for the woman, she takes her aggressions out on huge boba tea lid, stabbing it with abandon. Her cathartic motions are symbolic of the feeling people get when stabbing a straw into the lid of a CoCo Fresh boba tea, which is the way to access the tasty nectar.
