-Digital Kitchen L.A. alum Peter Kang (above) has joined Publicis Groupe-owned Rosetta as executive creative director. During his career, Kang also held creative posts at the likes of Ogilvy and Saatchi & Saatchi.

-Former Maaco VP/CMO Chris Furse has gone back to his old stomping grounds at VML to serve as executive director for the agency’s New York office.

-NY-based indie music department Groove Guild has welcomed Paul Riggio as partner/creative director.

-Minneapolis-based broadhead has been named agency of record for Pet Care Systems’ Swheat Scoop cat litter brand.

-The ADC has announced its “Monster Judges” roster for the 2014 Tomorrow Awards. Deadline to submit, by the way, is Feb. 3.  link
