Tribal Alum Steve Nesle Joins Deutsch NY as ECD

By Kiran Aditham

Six months after he left his ECD gig at Tribal DDB–a post he held for four years or so–under, let’s say, less-than-amicable circumstances, Steve Nesle has resurfaced at Deutsch New York.

Nesle, the man behind the “Shave Everywhere” effort for Philips, will assume a familiar position as EVP/ECD at Deutsch, where he will work on new business efforts and oversee the agency’s digital practice, which spans work on all of its clients including Kodak, DIRECTV, Aruba, and PNC among others.

Prior to Tribal DDB, Nesle served as SVP/ECD of Interactive at MRM Worldwide, ran creative departments at Modem Media’s New York and San Francisco offices, and was the founding CD of Strategic Interactive Group in Boston, the interactive agency that became Digitas.

Nesle officially starts at Deustch on June 28.
