Today on the Menu: The Journalism Job Plight, Bloomberg’s BusinessWeek Bid

Before hightailing it over to what shall be the first of many Advertising Week events, our own Matt Van Hoven kept it real with his Menu co-hosting duties and joined GalleyCat’s Jason Boog yet again to discuss the Mad Men Emmy win (of course) and more importantly, the mass shedding of new media jobs.

Along with this nerve-wracking topic, the boys also discussed the Open Book Alliance and the Google Books settlement, Bloomberg’s bid to buy 80-year-old BusinessWeek and Ralph Nader stops yelling at clouds long enough to publish an epic novel.
