This morning we spoke with two of Mediaite.com’s editors (and, eh hem, former Mediabistro editors) Glynnis MacNicol and Steve Krakauer, whose start-up launched Monday. It’s been just 3 days, which in the hyper-active online media world equals a year, so we had them on the show to talk advertising, the first week and that major celebrity who died.

One of Mediaite’s major draws, as we’ve noted, is the Power Grid. It’s like AdAge’s Power150, but for individuals rather than just Web sites. AgencySpy is not listed, which is a relief: we like to be in control of the digital divide. But other more important folks are listed who apparently don’t have mirrors.
