-With people binge watching The Office during the pandemic, quietly hilarious Phyllis no doubt made them laugh often. Phyllis Smith, the actor who plays her namesake on the sitcom, brings a sillier version of that subtly nutty character to a new video from Joann, the popular crafting chain.

The video, “Ring in Spring,” done with creative agency Where Eagles Dare, is a continuation of the character that debuted during the holidays. The very crafty Smith this time tries to help a couple that had their wedding canceled by the pandemic. So, with the help of a Joann DIY specialist, she puts together the whole thing, from paper flowers to being the officiant and organist, with plenty of humorous asides throughout.
