-BETC Paris turns European soccer stars into voodoo dolls in a new “It’s Going to Hurt” campaign for Canal+ (video above).

-The Fader’s in-house agency Cornerstone launched its first campaign for Major League Soccer with an “Our Soccer” broadcast spot featuring 2Chainz.

-The Drum unveiled its Pet Power 20 list of the cutest pets among The Drum staff and readers. Everyone is a winner here. Also, credit to Justin Zurrow for best pet name.

-VW-owned car brand Skoda launched a review for a global integrated ad agency.

-Taco Bell surpassed Burger King in Techmonic’s list of America’s most profitable food chains.

-Fox plans to solve all of advertising’s problems with “a one-day, off-the-record meeting of the media and advertising elite.”

-Brown and Browner advertising founder Derek Walker says “Advertising has no stomach for a fair fight.”
