In the above ad, a middle-aged white lady tells California why it should legalize marijahooch &#151 one argument, it’s safer than alcohol! Another: taxation would cover the income of 20,000 teachers &#151 whose students would undoubtedly be perma-stoned after smoking their hippie parents’ ganja.
