The Week in Advertising: Condoms, Orgasms and Ryan Hits the Streets

We’re always trying new things on The Week in Advertising, like showing you clips that other publications turn their noses up to and taking our pants off. Well, my pants off. Today we introduce pioneering faceless intern ryan (capitalization omitted) to the streets of Manhattan for a new segment called, “MadMen v. Mad Ave.” where Ryan asks “Mad Ave.” (aka people walking down the street who we sort of hope work in an agency) which advertising celeb is more recognizable: Don Draper or Donny Deutsch. The gag pretty much wrote itself.

Unfortunately for us, AMC, which produces MadMen, is not one of our sponsors for this little science test. Cough, cough.
