The VIA Agency welcomed Brian Demick as client strategy lead across a range of accounts, including Lowe’s, while reporting directly to director of client strategy Dan Bailin. Lowe’s named The VIA Agency one of its three regional creative agency partners at the beginning of the month, following a review.

“Brian’s client experience, passion and leadership skills make him a natural fit for VIA’s collaborative pod structure, which is forward-thinking and nimble,” Bailin said in a statement. “As client strategy lead, Brian will work closely with other VIA pod leaders while building deep client relationships. As we begin our work with Lowe’s, Brian will add great value to starting the partnership with fierce collaboration and trust from day one.”

Demick joins the agency from Havas’ Boston office, where he has spent the last four years, most recently serving as director of brand, digital and direct and lead marketing strategy and integrated campaign development for Liberty Mutual. Prior to that he spent around a year as group account and planning director for Blink Marketing, following nearly two years as account director for Havas New York, working on Air Wick’s.

“As someone who thrives on collaboration and appreciates the absence of silos and politics when it comes to bringing creative solutions to business challenges, I was thrilled to see VIA truly walks the walk in this regard,” Demick said in a statement. “I was immediately drawn to VIA’s team structure and its unusually strong culture and I look forward to being a part of it.”
