The Escape Pod Introduces New Leadership Team

Chicago-based agency The Escape Pod announced a new leadership team.

Derek Sherman was named executive creative director, while Tyler Moore joined the agency as director of integrated strategy and Holly Willis arrived as vice president, account director.

Sherman has previously worked as a freelance creative director/copywriter and as svp, group creative director on MillerCoors and KitchenAid at Digitas. He has worked with brands including Apple, Corona, Google, Coca-Cola, Canadian Club, Miller Lite, Kellogg’s, Jim Beam, McDonald’s, Abbott Labs, Amnesty International and Sprite. His work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, Effies and the One Show.

Moore arrives from R/GA, where he served as associated strategy director. During his over four and a half years with R/GA, he worked with brands including Nike, Svedka, Lifewater and Verizon, earning recognition including an Epica creative award, multiple Webby Awards and a North American Effie.

Willis arrives at the agency with over a decade of experience, most recently as management director for FCB Chicago. Before her nearly five years with FCB leading the Samsung business, she spent around four years with 360i in account coordinator and account management roles for Kraft Foods, Oscar Mayer and Cool Whip. She has also worked with brands including Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Target, Netflix, Mondelez International, Jack Daniels, Tyson Foods, GE Appliances and 21st Century Fox.
