The Best Part of Waking Up Is NFL GameDay Morning in GS&P’s Latest

Folgers, like Mentos, is one of those brands whose theme song has become a true earworm: somehow catchy and horrible and effective all at once.

We can’t think of any modern equivalents because brands don’t have jingles anymore, but if you’re old enough to have lived through the ’80s (any part of it, really) then you know what we’re talking about.

GS&P, of course, remembers it all too well.

Now the agency is using that jingle-jangle morning ditty, or a close-enough approximation thereof, to remind all y’all football fans to tune in to the NFL Network on Sundays.

What better to greet you on a bright Sunday morning than a “Heaping Cup” of commentary from the trustworthy team of Rich Eisen, Steve Mariucci, Kurt Warner and Michael Irvin?

Even your kids will be into it. And yes, there’s branded swag. Just don’t give the kids any coffee.

Guess this means GameDay Morning isn’t part of the NFL review. Now here are some awful ’80s parents.
