Terri & Sandy Promotes Agency Vet to Director of Business Development

New York independent agency Terri & Sandy has named Adrienne Marcino as director of business development.

In her new role, Marcino will be responsible for leading overall growth strategy, managing new business initiatives and driving organic and incoming client expansion, reporting to managing director Tony Scopellito.

“Adrienne is passionate, strategic, competitive and curious,” Scopellito said. “Her energy is contagious and she has sparked incredible momentum at the agency. Importantly, she knows the type of clients that are a good fit here—those looking for a true partnership built on mutual success and having fun along the way.”

“We have had tremendous growth over the last few years, and I’m excited to help define what the next phase of growth is and help us get there,” Marcino added.

Marcino joined Terri & Sandy as an assistant account executive on the Disney Princess account in 2015 and eventually moved from an account executive role on accounts including Arm & Hammer and BJ’s Wholesale Club to a dual account/new business position. As a member of the new business team, she helped bring in new clients including Sunny D., The Hartford Insurance, CityMD, Twinings of London, Kellogg’s Famous Amos Cookies, Carr’s Crackers and, most recently, Nutella, as well as assignments for Church & Dwight and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield.  She was also a member of the team behind the “#FreeDroga” campaign at the Cannes Lions festival this year.
