Subaru Sells Mediocrity

Poking fun at bland, middle-of-the-road sedans, Subaru has launched an ad campaign flaunting the 2011 Mediocrity.

The milquetoast car comes in medium crumb or stale biscuit colors and is designed to get you from A to B without anybody noticing. At the auto brand’s fake website, buyers can build their own boring sedan. It comes in three versions: Base, convenience and power packages. What’s your take on this spot? Fun and new or way off in the wrong direction?
