Yes, you read that headline correctly.

Digital agency space150 welcomed Annie Nguyen to its Santa Monica office as creative director. In the role, Nguyen will be tasked with overseeing visual and experiential direction, as well as the execution of the agency’s work with clients including Nike and Activision.

“Annie’s a huge talent and has amazing design sense,” space150 executive creative director Ned Lampert. “Her experience and skills are an asset to our work and the growth of our agency. We’re stoked to welcome Annie to space150.”

Nguyen arrives at space150 with a background in design and visual merchandising, most recently as global visual merchandising design director for Smashbox Cosmetics. Before joining Smashbox, she served as a freelance senior art director and designer, working with brands including Nike, Beats by Dre, Gucci, Chanel, OPI and COS. That followed stints as an art director with MWWPR and Machine Shop, focusing on designing and producing collateral for the band Linkin Park during her time with the latter.
