S&P: Publicis off Downgrade Watch

According to the Wall Street Journal, Publicis Groupe is no longer on Standard & Poor’s hot seat as the agency has been taken off a downgrade watch. Despite the continual advertising downturn and the purchase of Razorfish, credit analyst Melvyn Cooke tells the WSJ that “the stable outlook reflects our expectation that Publicis will deliver relatively steady and satisfactory credit measures over the medium term.
