Screenvision Media Appoints Two New Chief Revenue Officers

Screenvision Media, a leader in the cinema advertising space that offers media placements in theaters across the country, today appointed two new chief revenue officers. The company promoted Christine Martino to chief revenue officer, Screenvision Media Entertainment Network, and Gerald Griffin to chief revenue officer, Front + Center Everywhere—an audience-based solution that delivers content on premium networks to over 130,000 screens.

In the new role, Martino will oversee national advertising sales for cinema, sports, concerts and e-gaming.

The media company, which traditionally facilitated media buys at movie theaters across the country, expanded its offering during the pandemic to include sports arenas, concert venues and e-gaming. It doubled its available impressions, now reaching 800 million individuals annually across all available channels.

Screenvision Media now has partnerships in place with the New York Mets, Boston Celtics and Utah Jazz. It also works with Nascar, college football and basketball teams and minor league hockey, baseball and basketball venues. It offers advertisers placements in custom pre-shows for national concert tours and launched its first tour last month with Imagine Dragons. The company’s partnership with Super League Gaming allows it to deliver live ads during e-gaming.

“In the four years prior to the pandemic, Screenvision delivered record growth, revenue and profitability,” said John Partilla, Screenvision Media CEO, in a statement. “Beyond enduring and surviving the global pandemic, we used that time to expand and extend our inventory, supplementing Screenvision’s core cinema business. In many ways, Christine and Gerald helped to diversify and transform an already innovative company and through their sales leadership, we see limitless potential.”

Martino has spent 15 years at Screenvision, previously serving as executive vice president, national ad sales. She led the company initiative to bring the cinema sector from OOH into video teams.

As CRO of Front + Center Everywhere, Griffin will oversee the company’s efforts to target moviegoers beyond the screen, delivering impressions on mobile devices and at home. Griffin joined Screenvision in 2018 after previously developing strategies at ABC Owned Television Stations and CBS Television Stations.
