Same Song, Different Beverage

It’s been bothering me for weeks now &#151 I knew I’d heard this song, ‘To Build a Home’ by The Cinematic Orchestra. And now, thanks to the power of Twitter (you know who you are!), we’ve tracked down the two beverage ads that use the heart-achey song. So, first up is the tune.

Now on to the ads. First is Y&R’s “Shweppervesence” piece called “Burst” for client Schweppes.

Next up is Chivas Regal’s take with “The moment, live with chivalry” by agency BrainJuicer.

Who does it better? The song has been all over TV etc; Grey’s Anatomy, Ugly Betty, Criminal Minds, Friday Night Lights.
