R&R Partners Boosts Creative Department with Two New Hires

R&R Partners bolstered its creative department with the additions of Jeff Zimm as design director and Lou Flores as creative director, Phoenix, responsible for the creative output of that office.

Zimm arrives at the agency from TPN Dallas, where he spent the past six and a half years serving as vice president, executive creative director, working on brands such as 7-Eleven and Bank of America. That followed year-long stints as creative director with The Santy Agency and Commerce House, working with brands such as Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Texas Health Resources. Prior to that he spent nine years as a partner, creative director with Ogilvy & Mather, working with such brands as Dove, IBM, Goldman Sachs and Fanta.

Flores joins R&R Partners following a six month period as a freelance creative director and art director, during which time he worked on the Petco account for VitroAgency in San Diego. Prior to his most recent stint as a freelancer, Flores served as vice president, creative director at Cramer-Krasselt for over a year, working with brands such as Benihana’s, The Paper and Packaging Board of America and Ski-Doo Snowmobiles. Flores joined Cramer-Krasselt after a brief period freelancing. He has also served as creative director with Blackboard Co. and Olson, associate creative director Team One and GSD&M and has worked with brands including Nike, GMC, Best Buy,  AT&T, Southwest Airlines, Lexus, Ford and Land Rover.
