RPA Strengthens Strategic Planning Practice With New Group Director

RPA appointed David Measer as senior vice president, group strategic planning director on its Farmers Insurance and Apartments.com accounts. He will report to RPA senior vice president, director of strategic planning David Berne.

Measer joins RPA from CP+B, where served as group director, planning, cultural & business insights for nearly two and a half years, working with clients such as Anheuser-Busch, Microsoft, Charles Schwab, NBA2K, Netflix, Turkish Airlines and Applebee’s. Prior to that he spent nearly three and a half years serving as director of strategic planning, business development director with David&Goliath. A documentary filmmaker turned advertising strategic planner and graduate of Tufts University, Oxford University and USC’s Cinematic Arts master’s program, Measer has also served in strategic planning and account planning roles with DDB, Secret Weapon Marketing and TBWA\Chiat\Day.
