R/GA Veteran Joins Critical Mass New York in Senior Strategy Role

Critical Mass welcomed Charlotte Diaz to its New York office as vice president, strategy.

She will lead strategy for the agency’s New York clients and report to global chief strategy officer Grant Owens.

“Charlotte brings to us a unique background and expertise that will strengthen how we advise our clients who are embracing new ways of doing business,” Owens said in a statement. “Her experience working with large organizations to define how they can be more human-centric in the digital era is a perfect fit with our mission at Critical Mass. Charlotte is an exciting addition to our team at an exciting time for our agency as a whole.”

Diaz arrives at Critical Mass following over a year as strategy lead for co:collective in New York. Before that she spent four years with R/GA New York, including two years as director, business transformation. Prior to R/GA she spent over two years as engagement manager for Vivaldi Partners Group.
