R/GA Chicago appointed Charles Chung as executive production director. In the role, Chung will oversee the agency’s production, based out of the Chicago office, and report to R/GA vice president, managing director Jeff Brecker.
Chung arrives at the agency from DigitasLBi, where he served as vice president, group director of integrated production. While with Digitas he worked with brands including Taco Bell, MillerCoors, Sony Playstation, Whirlpool, eBay, BP and Sprint. Prior to that he spent time with SapientNitro, Razorfish, and DesignKitchen. He has worked on projects including overseeing a multiplayer gaming platform for Burger King, a broadcast campaign for Kraft Foods and a global integrated brand campaign rollout for Abbott.
“I’m excited to have Charles on our team as he’ll play a key role in expanding our production services and talent in Chicago,” said Brecker. “He’s joining at a time when we are seeing significant expansion in our offering across the Midwest with new clients like Corona, UFC, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, all of whom will benefit from his expertise.”
