Agency rosters were updated this week with countless promotions, hires and transitions around the globe.

AblesonTaylor

AblesonTaylor appointed Sharlene Jenner as its vice president of engagement strategy. With more than 18 years of experience, Jenner will lead the agency’s engagement strategy capabilities, including AI-enabled engagement and personalization.

Ad-ID appointed Nada Bradbury as its new CEO. Bradbury comes from her previous role as global head of partnerships at Nielsen, where she built and accelerated Nielsen’s growth through partnerships across a variety of global media verticals.

Amp Sound Branding

Amp Sound Branding hired Martin Reiher as the head of amp Asia. The hire aims to increase influence in the Asian market.

Anomaly

Group creative director at Anomaly, Leanne Amann, was named the chairperson of the 2023 AMP awards for music and sound. Amann will preside over the presentation of the awards taking place on May 22 at Sony Hall in New York.

BGB Group

BGB Group promoted Teresa Day to president after more than 10 years at the agency. Since joining as vice president of client services in 2010, Day has been instrumental in driving agency growth and crafting effective business processes.

Brandon

Brandon welcomed Taggert Vin Zant as a senior producer on its creative team. Vin Zant will lead and manage the creative team and utilize his vast experience to lead a wide variety of shoots and projects.

B-Reel Films

B-Reel Films signed director Sacarias Kiusalaas to its U.S. roster for representation. Kiusalaas is known most commonly for his work on “When Harry Met Santa,” which won him 71 international awards.

Cedara

Cedara announced multiple appointments to strengthen its leadership team. Eric Shih was named chief operating officer and Dean Nagib was named vice president of sales.

Conspiracy Theory

Conspiracy Theory welcomed Kelly Medema as its vice president of people and culture. Medema will lead employee relations, culture and belonging initiatives, talent and change enablement, organization and performance management, and training and development.

DLMDD

DLMDD appointed Rowan Woollcombe as business development manager. In this role, Woollcombe will inspire new client partnerships for brands to develop identities in sound.

DMI Partners

DMI Partners is expanding its leadership team to meet growing demand for affiliate and CRM marketing services. Kristina Nolan was appointed as vice president of media services, Brian McKenna as vice president of CRM, Kevin Dugan as vice president of analytics and marketing intelligence and Zach Labenberg as vice president of growth.

Efecte

Efecte brought on Marcin Strzalkowski as its new chief marketing officer. Strzalkowski will lead the agency’s global marketing efforts and act as country manager for the agency in Poland.

Gospooky

Gospooky launched in New York, marking its first expansion outside of Europe. With this expansion, Jeff Miller will join the agency’s board of directors as its first U.S.-based board member.

Johannes Leonardo

Independent agency Johannes Leonardo appointed Tasha Cronin as its new head of production. Cronin will manage the agency’s production department and serve clients including Kraft Heinz, Volkswagen, IG, Uber and Adidas.

Kaboom

Kaboom signed director Dave Garcia to its roster. Garcia has directed everything from branded content to commercials to music videos, and collected awards including Cannes Lions, D&AD and Clios.

Laughlin Constable

Laughlin Constable named Alex Helfers as executive vice president, head of connected experiences. Helfers brings over 20 years of industry experience and has been shortlisted for Cannes Lions awards and won Drum, Mosaic and Reggie Awards.

Los York

Los York hired Nicole Taylor as vice president of business development. Previously the global lead, brand partnerships for Uber, Taylor brings skills in social media, client services and team leadership.

MRM

MRM promoted Bradley Rogers from global chief operating officer and president of MRM New York to global president. Rogers will take on strategic oversight of the company’s global client portfolio and overseeing its West Coast offices.

Nail Communications

Nail Communications appointed Rachel Coogan as business administration manager. Coogan will lead in-office support, online experiences and staff services.

Ogury

Emily Barfuss was named chief marketing officer at Ogury. Barufss will strengthen both awareness and adoption of Ogury’s technology globally.

OneOf

OneOf welcomed former Warner Music Group CEO Stephen Cooper to its board of directors. Cooper will guide and advance the company’s Web3 offerings for music, entertainment and beyond.

Pickle Music

James Zavaleta joined Pickle Music as managing director and executive producer. Zavaleta has over 20 years of experience in the music and film business and previously served as the executive producer at Butter Music.

PJA Advertising + Marketing

PJA Advertising + Marketing promoted two new agency veterans to creative director. Megan Gallimore was named creative director, art and Ben Resnikoff as creative director, copy.

Sid Lee Paris

Sid Lee Paris promoted Stéphane Soussan to executive creative director. Souss will lead the European hub, working to develop the agency and create campaigns for inspiring brands like its most recent win, OPPO.

Taktical Digital

Mrketing veteran James Ohliger has joined the Taktical Digital team as the new head of creative content and influencer marketing. James, also known as Krispy, formerly served as chief content officer for Jerry Media, the creative agency he co-founded with F*ckJerry.

The Specialist Works

The Specialist Works promoted Alice Rutland to head of AV. In this role, Rutland will lead the AV specialist team and ensure the group innovates and delivers excellence.

Torq

Torq hired two new executives to strengthen its leadership team. Josh Morris, previously at Splunk, joined as vice president of worldwide sales. Don Jeter, previously at Pax8, joined as chief marketing officer.

Westside Studio

Westside Studio welcomed food photographer Kate Ince to its roster. Ince’s work has appeared in both magazines and ads for the top brands in food, including Campbell’s, KitKat and Kellogg’s Special K.

Wunderman Thompson

Wunderman Thompson North America has hired R/GA’s Ellie Bamford, who will join the creative, data and technology agency’s executive team as chief strategy officer.  As global head of media, connections and influence at R/GA, Bamford led strategy for R/GA across the network and unlocked innovative creative opportunities for clients, including last year’s “Superb Owl” for Reddit.
