New hires at agencies around the world this week work to accelerate goals for expansion of creative offerings, strategic capabilities and overall growth.

AbelsonTaylor

AbelsonTaylor named Dan “Ziggy” Zigulich as its new senior vice president, director of integrated content and production. Zigulich will accelerate agency growth and profitability for its production group and provide full-service capabilities to the agency’s roster of clients.

Acceleration Community of Companies brought on Andrea Tirloy as its executive vice president of people. Tirloy will drive development and implementation of the company’s people and culture strategies.

Accenture Song

Accenture Song brought on Sean Lyons to lead its global capabilities. Previously the global CEO at R/GA, Lyons looks to raise the bar for Accenture Song’s design, technology, communications and intelligence capabilities and further integrate them into offerings.

Advertising Checking Bureau

The Advertising Checking Bureau promoted three employees to leadership positions at the organization. David Flohr was named vice president, chief financial officer, Charles Farah was named vice president, business development and Monica Martin was named vice president of innovation.

AMV BBDO

Martin Weigel joined AMV BBDO as chief strategy officer. Weigel brings more than 30 years of industry experience working with clients like Meta, Samsung, Uber and Amazon Music to the role.

Baldwin&

Baldwin& welcomed three new hires across creative and account teams. Jessica English joined as account supervisor, Aly Moser joined as social media specialist and Jake Whitely joined as digital media supervisor.

Brandon

Brand made multiple promotions in its media department. Sherry Moats was promoted to associate media buying director, Kristi Shea to ad operations associate and Caroline Schmidt to media buyer.

CGPR
CGPR is expanding its leadership team as it takes on new clients like The Woolmark Company and Tread Labs. Charlotte Daher de Garcia was named vice president to lead overall agency management, new business and staff development.

Clyde Group

Clyde Group brought on 10 new employees across practice areas. In healthcare, Tamara Shaw and Jeanine Kober both joined as vp, healthcare, Annick Bickson as account director, healthcare and Talia Sharf as assistant account executive. In public affairs, Caitlin Harder joined as account director and Keila Lawrence as assistant account executive. In strategic communications, Caleb Klemick and Ashley Sammann both joined as account coordinator. In client delivery, Connor Penegar joined as media relations specialist and Khanh Dang joined as creative coordinator.

Digital Fairy

The Digital Fairy named Efemena Okogba as its first CEO. Previously managing director at Refinery29, Okogba will oversee the agency’s growth into new markets, its offerings’ evolution and the expansion of its creator network to champion underrepresented audiences.

Elvis 

Elvis welcomed multiple new hires to strengthen its senior creative team. Alexandru Vasile joined as creative director and Susie Nagel-Davies and Adam Ablo both joined as senior creatives.

Goodway Group

Goodway Group made a few new hires across retail media, agency and brand-side business units and media. Stephani Estes joined as chief media officer, Amy Krauss as senior vice president of client experience, Michael Arden as vice president of consumer experience and Amanda Wilson as associate director of client experience and retail media.

Group of Humans

Group of Humans brought on Adrian Rossi as its creative partner. Previously creative chairman at Grey London, Rossi will lead on clients like Lego, Gates Ventures and Logitech.

GSTV

GSTV brought on Kristina Lutz as its new executive vice president of marketing. Lutz will lead integrated marketing, ad sales solutions, public relations and brand activations.

Ferguson

Ferguson welcomed Lindsay D. Mitchell as video director, cinematographer and editor. Mitchell’s hire demonstrates the agency’s continued investment in video resources.

Jones Knowles Ritchie

JKR made two new leadership changes to its creative leadership team. Jason Little joined the agency as executive creative director and Lisa Smith transitioned to executive creative director, global.

Landor & Fitch

Landor & Fitch welcomed Teemu Suviala as its chief creative officer. Previously an executive at Meta, Suviala will lead the agency’s creative team in more than 20 countries worldwide to serve clients like Apple, Netflix, Coca-Cola and Lego.

London Alley

London Alley welcomed Alex Gardner as CMO and partner at the agency. Previously chief growth officer at Mother, Gardner will help London Alley transition from a production company to a creative studio as its expands its services.

Madhive

Madhive appointed Darien Ford chief technology officer. In this role, Ford will lead the company’s engineering practice, manage growth and foster innovation for the streaming marketplace.

Mari + Gold

Mari + Gold announced it is welcoming Carrie Jones as its first-ever CEO. Jones brings more than 20 years of public relations and agency leadership experience, most recently as chief communications officer at Raindrop.

MSQ

MSQ brought on Anna Lee Bridgstock as partner of analytics and insight. Previously data chief at LADbible and named as one of the most influential people in data, Bridgstock will supercharge the development and delivery of new data and analytics products across the company.

Ogilvy

Ogilvy strengthened its leadership with new appointments. Carina de Blois was promoted to chief operating officer for North America and Darla Price was named president of Ogilvy New York.

Orci

Orci brought on Diego Andrade as its executive creative director. Andrade will lead day-to-day creative efforts for clients like Honda, Acura, ExtraMile and Chevron.

RSA Films

RSA Films signed director and visual artists Jared Malik Royal to its roster for commercial representation. Royal’s work is said to reflect an artful aesthetic and voice that champions advocacy over complacency in the cultural movement.

Sakara Life

Sakara Life appointed Rebecca Angus Smith as its chief marketing and creative officer. Angus Smith spent the last two years as chief brand officer at the company and will now lead all growth, marketing, creative, sales and product innovation.

Shopware

Shopware hired Mark Stanley as its new chief product and technology officer. Stanley will drive product development with a key focus on increasing productivity and scalability across global markets.

Somesuch

Somesuch founding partner Sally Campbell was selected as the chairperson of the 2023 AICP Show, titled “The Art & Technique of the Commercial.” The results of the show will debut during AICP in New York and will be featured at a gala celebration at The Museum of Modern Art.

TDA Boulder

TDA Boulder welcomed Maru Bernal as its creative director. Most recently the group creative director at We Believers New York, Bernal will work on the agency’s client roster, including Champion Pet Foods, Daiya Foods, FirstBank and Rise Against Suicide.

Terri & Sandy

Terri & Sandy named Dylan St. Agathe its chief financial officer. With more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, Agathe brings expertise from past roles at Hogarth Worldwide, Havas Media Group, Grey Group and IPG.

The One Club for Creativity

The One Club for Creativity hired Molly Crossin as its new chief growth officer. Crossin will lead development of strategic, cross-platform partnerships with agencies and brands and work to connect them  with its DEI, gender equality, education and creative development programs.

The Syndicate

The Syndicate made multiple promotions in its marketing, radio and publicity departments. Amy Tremmel was promoted to SVP, marketing and events, Joe McGinnis to vice president, radio promotion and Brendan Bourke to vice president, publicity.

Thinkingbox

Thinkingbox hired JM Herrmann as its first chief strategy officer. Previously at Giant Spoon, Herrmann will grow the strategy team across divisions and work to establish the company as a strategy lead partner for clients. 

Thinking Machine

Thinking Machine signed director Kat Keene for commercial representation. Keene has directed commercial films for brands like Facebook, H&R Block, Verizon, Chick-fil-A and CVS.

Upshot

Upshot hired Brett O’Bourke as its head of studio production. The Emmy-award winning creator will lead the expansion of the company’s content studio into storytelling across all formats.
