To wrap up another crazy week in the world of agencies, we’ve gathered the most exciting new hires, promotions and expansions from companies around the world looking to continue their growth.

Acceleration Partners

Acceleration Partners named Sarah Esteverana, an industry veteran with more than 15 years of experience leading marketing and account management, as its new chief marketing officer. Esteverena will lead the agency’s global marketing strategy and expansion efforts.

Arketi Group

Arketi Group strengthened its leadership team with a new hire and several promotions. Dan Earle was hired as vice president. Promotions include Adam Garner to senior interactive developer, and Laura Burr and Morgan Phillips as account specialists.

Attachment

Entertainment and culture agency Attachment made two new hires to support its efforts to expand its global services. Paul Liam Du Bois joined Attachment as creative director and head of agency growth, and Frank Antwi joined as new business development director.

Brandtech Group

The Brandtech Group has appointed Michelle Vincent as Mofilm global CEO. Vincent joins The Brandtech Group’s people-powered content company after Mofilm global CEO Suzanne Spence moved to the group’s mobile marketing tech platform, Mobkoi, as its global CEO in March. Vincent joins from Google where she was head of industry, automotive. Prior to that, she spent a decade at Google from 2007 to 2017, across a variety of roles.

Buzzer

Buzzer, the mobile platform delivering short-form access to the best moments in live sports, appointed Andrew Barge as its chief business officer. Barge will lead business development and commercial strategy, managing new and existing partnerships and opportunities.

Cactus

Cactus recently enacted multiple senior-level hires. Stacey Trunnell joined as brand strategy director, Shun-Luoi Fong as director of design experience, Tara McKinnon as media coordinator and Chris Browning as account director.

Ekstasy

Ekstasy is building its web3 team with the help of new hire Sam Goodenough as a web3 consultant. With experience in blockchain development and expertise in NFTs and market trends, Goodebough is well positioned to empower the agency’s growth in this space.

Finn Partners

In response to a period of significant growth, Finn Partners appointed Jennifer Hawkins as the New York travel practice leader and managing partner. In her new role, Hawkins will oversee a 60-person team of integrated marketing and travel communications professionals.

Fox Agency

To support its recent growth, Fox Agency hired a Emma Loizidis as its head of people. Loizidis has 15 years of HR and recruitment experience, and was previously the group people manager at Mediacom U.K., where she supported 400 employees across five different businesses.

Fuse Create

Fuse Creatie hired Linda Carte as creative director, empowering her to support company growth by leading day-to-day creative operations. Carte’s industry expertise comes from over 20 years working with clients like Visa, Frito-Lay, FedEx and Starbucks.

Merkle

Robert Bushey joined Merkle, dentsu’s data-driven customer experience management company, as its EMEA chief sales officer. The hire comes in response to client demand for innovative projects and company demand for consistent, achievable goal-setting and execution.

Nail

Studio designer Anushka Suji joined Nail’s creative department as its newest studio designer. Previously a graphic designer at 617 Media Group, Suji will support the Nail’s design work and development creative assets for client programs and internal efforts.

Noble People

Noble People welcomed Melanese Richens-Moody to its c-suite as chief people officer. Previously director of HR at two holding companies — Omnicom and M&C Saatchi, Richens-Moody will build out and lead the agency’s new HR department.

NVE Experience Agency

NVE Experience Agency expanded its executive team with three new hires. James Kyte joins NVE as Senior Vice President, Michael Tonge as VP, Strategy and Maurice Aouad as the leader of the agency’s new creator marketing division.

Ogilvy Health

Ogilvy Health welcomed Courtney Murphy as its global people director, a new role that serves on Ogilvy Health’s executive leadership team and as a board member on Ogilvy’s global people team. Murphy will oversee all human resources efforts across the company, from recruitment efforts, to benefits and resources, to DE&I initiatives.

Performance Art

Deepak Narisety joined Performance Art as its chief technology officer. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, he will oversee the agency’s product and technology roadmap, as well as manage a team of 60 to support platform and data strategy the agency’s client portfolio.

Teads

Global media platform Teads hired Natalie Bastian as its new chief marketing officer. With the key goals of leading the company’s global marketing team and driving business development, Bastian will focus on global marketing strategy, growth enablement in client services and innovative omni-channel product releases.

The Distillery Project

Jean-Pierre Bovie joined The Distillery Project as creative director. Most recently the associate creative director at Weber Shandwick, Bovie has worked with a variety of clients including Xbox, Free Credit Score and the CDC.

ThinkArgus

ThinkArgus welcome its new executive creative director, Jen Perry, who will oversee the agency’s growing creative shop. Perry brings impressive experience from her previous role overseeing creative for product lines for Constant Contact brands.

VSA Partners

Claudia Gorelick joined VSA Partners as associate partner of experience strategy. Serving as an investment in brand experience, Gorelick will work to provide a bridge between brand and business strategy and digital delivery.

Whalar

Whalar welcomes three new members to its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) team following a period of significant growth. The hires include Samantha Hicks as commercial director, Bandi Manzini as senior brand partnerships director, beauty and CPG, and Liz Harriott as senior brand partnerships director, entertainment and gaming.

WPP

Fifteen leaders at WPP were named in the global Empower Role Model lists 2022, which work to break down barriers and drive inclusion for people of color in business. The lists include honors for 100 executives, 100 future leaders and 50 advocate role models.

Wunderman Thompson

Tracey Burnside has joined Wunderman Thompson as WPP’s global client lead for the Microsoft account, after 12 years at Publicis Groupe. She is responsible for managing WPP’s relationship with Microsoft globally. Burnside was most recently group vice president, executive client partner at Publicis Groupe-owned agency Razorfish.

Yamamoto

David Weaver was named the brand strategy and cultural insights director at Yamamoto. Weaver’s previous experience includes roles as managing director at Cheil USA and as founder at strategy planning consultancy Heresy.
