Agencies are going strong with roster switch-ups on their marketing, leadership and creative teams as they continue to drive impact in Q4.

72andSunny

72andSunny hired JT Pierce as its new managing director in New York. Coming from his previous role at DoorDash, he will now lead the performance and growth of 72andSunny NYC, working to improve creative output and increase client impact.

Accenture Song

Accenture Song hired Amber Higgins as its North America communications brand strategy lead. Higgins will focus on building robust strategy practices across the board from brand to digital.

ANA

The ANA elected eight new members to its board of directors. They are: Lisa Becket, senior vp, Global Marketing, The Walt Disney Company; Norman de Greve, svp, CMO, CVS Health; Tony Ezell, president, North America and CMO, Becton, Dickinson and Company; Ramon Jones, evp, CMO, Nationwide; Greg Lyons, CMO, PepsiCo Beverages North America; Shenan Reed, svp, head of media, L’Oréal; Mayra Rivera, svp, CMO, USAA; and David Tyrie, managing director, chief digital officer and head of global marketing, Bank of America. Current ANA board chairman Marc Pritchard, chief brand officer at Procter & Gamble, continues as chairman until the end of 2023.

Bergmeyer

Bergmeyer opened up its third office in Columbus, Ohio as it expands its powerhouse design offering. The office will be led by managing director Christian Davies who will work to grow the agency’s next generation of design innovators.

Connelly Partners Health

Connelly Partners Health brought on Michelle Hart-Henry as its managing director. Hart-Henry will lead the practice into its next phase of growth, shaping the strategic direction of the firm and expand its opportunities for brands across health and wellness.

Deloitte Digital

Megan Fath was appointed by Deloitte Digital as its new U.S. chief design officer. Prior to this role, Fath spent 10 years on the customer strategy and applied design team at the agency.

Diamond

Diamond welcomed Peter Ignazi as its first chief creative officer. Ignazi brings years of experience as global CCO at Cossette and in creative leadership at BBDO Canada.

DNA

Independent agency DNA welcomed Megan Meagher as its managing director. In this role, Meagher will lead agency growth and oversee the agency’s account management and business development departments.

Ebiquity

Ebiquity appointed Nick Pugh as its managing director of Ebiquity Europe. The appointment comes after the agency decided to merge its operations in the U.K., Ireland and continental Europe.

Found Objects

Original music and sound collective Found Objects welcomed Elijah B Torn as its new head of creative production. Torn will oversee the creative and production team, focused on maximizing high quality creative output.

Fox Agency

Fox Agency welcomed ten new team members to bolster its expertise across departments. New hires include Paul McNulty as video producer and director, Olivia Gaunt as finance manager, Gracia Novoa as digital marketing specialist, Katherine Skidmore as public relations executive, Lorena Herbert as creative resource manager, Didi Crawford as senior account manager, Charlie Pearce as junior strategist, Sofia Ntalampira as middleweight designer and Ben Nickless as senior digital designer.

Hill+Knowlton

Ann-Nina Finne was appointed senior vice president for global public affairs at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Finne brings over 25 years of public affairs and communications experience and will now work to bolster the agencies strategic advisory offering to help clients operate amid a dynamic social, economic and regulatory environment.

Imagination

Grace Wright was welcomed by Imagination as its new global growth officer. In this role, Wright will oversee business development, strategic growth, marketing and communications.

Iris

Iris made two new hires to strengthen its North American leadership team. Dan Lescarbeau joined as vice president of growth and Mike Giger joined as head of client services.

Little Minx

Little Minx signed director Kevin Wilson Jr. to its roster for commercial and content representation. Wilson Jr. emerged as a director with his short student film My Nephew Emmett, based on the murder of Emmett Till, and since was nominated for an Oscar for best live actions short film and was screened at major festivals around the world.

Marcel

Multi-award winning creative Gabrielle Attia, previously at BBDO New York, joined Marcel Paris as its creative director. Attia is known for her creation of the Lacoste “The Big Leap”.

North

Landia Viljoen joined Northa as channel strategy director. In this role, Viljoen will lead media strategy across paid, earned and owned channels for North’s clients, including Hydro Flask, Peet’s Coffee and Straightaway Cocktails.

Ogilvy

The Unilever global team at Ogilvy hired two new creative directors, Liam Bushby and Alison Steven. Both join from VCCP, where they operated as senior creatives.

Omnicom Group

Omnicom Group welcomed Kathleen Saxton as its new chief marketing officer. Saxton will lead the marketing of Omnicom’s services and omni-channel solutions for global enterprise clients. The network also appointed Alex Hesz to the role of evp, chief strategy officer. In this newly created position, Hesz will collaborate closely with Omnicom’s leadership team on the company’s strategic priorities and enterprise-level clients. Prior to this role, Hesz was group chief strategy officer for adam&eve, as well as chief strategy officer of DDB Worldwide.

Quad

Alicia Alston was hired as vice president of external communications at Quad. In this role, Alston will evolve the company’s narrative and develop and integrated communications strategy to bring the agency’s offerings to life.

Rethink

Rethink appointed Mike Dubrick as its new chief creative officer in Toronto. Dubrick previously served as the agency’s executive creative director since 2020, leading the creative department in the development of work for Ikea, Molson Coors, WestJet and Kraft Heinz.

RP3 Agency

RP3 Agency formed a new advisory board with the goal of addressing industry challenges and strengthening its product offerings in the healthcare sector. The board includes healthcare marketing and communications consultant, Lynn Hopkins Cantwell, chief behavior officer at Feedback, Dean Browell, and president and principal researcher at Market Decisions Research, Patrick Madden.

The Famous Group

The Famous Group promoted Andrew Isaacson, who originally joined the agency in 2001 and has served as executive producer, to partner. In this role, Isaacson will cultivate large scale partnerships with corporate and league clients.

The Social Standard

The Social Standard appointed to new roles as it prioritizes expanded offerings and client services. Jess Winkler was appointed inside sales manager and Ray Kim was appointed chief growth officer.

Unicorns & Unicorns

Unicorns & Unicorns welcomed director Bobbi Rich to its roster. Rich operates as a director, photographers, production director, creative director and more for clients like Spotify, Apple and Coca-Cola.
