Revolving Door Roster Updates: Code3, David, Fig & More

We’re kicking off the weekend with congratulations to the newly hired, promoted and appointed leaders at agencies around the world.


7Dots hired Oliver Fairlie as its new account director. Fairlie will lead multiple top accounts for the agency, including Clearwater International, Acrospire, Nelsons and Rite Hite.



Code3 welcomed a new hire and promoted two executive employees. Mike Montagna joined as chief activation officer, Anne Buehner was promoted to head of creative and Yvonne Williams was promoted to vp of connections.

Code and Theory

Code and Theory named Craiag Elimeliah as its new chief creative officer. Elimeliah has over two decades of experience unlocking growth for top agencies and brands.


Mitch Eggers, the former chief scientist at Kantar, joined global creative effectiveness platform Daivid. Eggers will lead the development of the platform’s suite of AI-powered solutions.

Effie Worldwide

Effie Worldwide added six new co-chairs to its Future Council, which works to evolve the organization and expand its mission to champion marketing effectiveness. The new members include Asmirh Davis, Greg Walsh, Harjot Singh, Jean Lin, Katrin Zimmermann and Stephanie Redish Hofmann.

Evalla Advisors

Evalla Advisors welcomed Zihla Salinas to its advisory board. Salinas brings experience leading top agencies and working with brands like Netflix, Warner Brothers and Disney.

Feldman Strategies

Progressive communications firm, Feldman Strategies, welcomed Chloe Barr as communications manager. Barr comes from Sunshine Sachs, and has experience managing strategic communications for organizations dedicated to social causes.


Fig hired Damien Reid to its team as partner and managing director. Reid will lead client relationships and serve on the company’s executive team.


Fuse just launched a new Brazilian office in Sāo Paulo. The office will be led by Luiz Fiorese, the head of Fuse Brazil, who brings almost twenty years of experience in advertising and sports marketing to the role.


IMA welcomed Jay Dickinson as its new director of people, culture and communications.

Laughlin Constable

Laughlin Constable welcomed Allison Henley-Kehm as the new svp, head of people and culture. Henley-Kehm will lead the staff and culture of the agency to drive strategy, creativity and results.


Locality named Robin Wong as vice president, category lead. Wong will focus on maximizing advertising value in the automotive, QSR and retail sectors.

Nexus Studios

Nexus Studios made two new hires to its executive team. Anthony Austin joined as executive producer in London and Brooke Williams joined as executive producer in New York.


OpenX promoted Joel Meyer to svp of engineering. Meyer will lead the company’s engineering function, work to innovate with new forms of addressability and keep up with the deprecation of the third-party cookie.

Special London

Special London made multiple new hires to its leadership team. Ashley Biack joined as strategist. Josephine Rasmussen and Marie Jensen joined as well to work on a portfolio of clients.

The Considered

The Considered added two new members to its team as global creative partners. Mauro Arruda and Diego Freitas joined with experience working with top agencies and brands.


Vault49 hired Rose Akehurst as the managing director of its London Studio. Akehurst will drive growth for the studio, acting as a mentor for the senior members of its London team.
