But there were some moves—and those ranged from expansion on product development and data teams, to enabling enhanced customer experience through optimized insights. Let’s dive in to see who the key players are in making visions realities at companies around the world.

ActiveCampaign

Customer experience automation platform ActiveCampaign is supporting its rapid growth trajectory with two new key hires on its leadership team. Sameer Kazi, industry veteran and previous CEO at customer engagement platform Cheetah Digital, joined as president. Kelly O’Connell was promoted to senior vice president of product strategy, where she’ll shape product and pricing strategy and lead the product and design team.

Camp Lucky

Director Ben Hoffman joined Camp Lucky’s roster, reuniting with friends and colleagues Jeff Bednarz, Tom Ryan, Adam Littke, Andrew Shepherd, Rob Pritts, Augustine Frizzell and Sailor Bear. Hoffman’s extensive toolbox, born from diverse experiences spanning deserts and caves to tabletop and FX, will carry him as he continues to create at Camp Lucky.

Collins

Lauren Ranke joined Collins as its vice president of people. Following her nearly two decade reign as director of talent at W+K, Ranke will bring her experience in talent support, inclusive hiring practices and talent nurturing to Collins.

Disqo

Customer experience platform Disqo hired Andrew Duke to its leadership team as vice president of product, consumer applications. With over 15 years of experience working in consumer product development and strategy at companies like Oracle, Nordstrom, Expedia and Microsoft, Duke will lead the evolution of Disqo’s consumer-facing applications, allowing people to share information about their experiences.

Signal AI

Alexandre Pinto was appointed Signal AI’s senior vice president of data science. Bringing over 20 years of industry experience to the role, Pinto will lead efforts developing the platform’s technology to unlock the power of unstructured data, producing critical insights for the enterprise.

Sterling-Rice Group

Sterling-Rice Group (SRG) named Dan Reilly as its managing director of insights, analytics and planning. Aiming to achieve SRG’s goal of providing best-in-class strategic service with meaningful insights, analytics and planning capabilities, Reilly will lead a robust strategy and insights team and continue expanding the company’s products and services.

Zerotrillion

Zerotrillion brought on Sarah Thao Nguyen as the creative director of its New York office. With experience working with brands including Google and agencies like Ogilvy, Nguyen has led campaigns for IBM, United and Motorola.
