Revolving Door Roster Updates: Cabin NY, David, Kepler & More

With every new Friday comes a new celebration of the hottest hires, promotions and career transitions for agency professionals around the world.

Black Spot

Black Spot hired Alex Reyes to head its new Aviary business unit. The unit will offer design-led thinking from start to finish, with the goal of complementing and propelling its suite of marketing service capabilities.


Cabin NY

Cabin NY hired Nick Divers as partner and editor at its New York office. Divers brings with him long-standing client relationships and an eye for emerging talent, which will help in continuing to grow a successful office.

Crowley Webb

Crowley Webb named Tricia Barrett as chief executive officer. Barrett has been at the agency since 2003, and is its first female CEO, surrounded by nine female leaders, out of the 13 total at the company.


David Buenos Aires named Nicolás Vara and Ignacio Flotta as chief creative officers. The duo has won countless awards at shows including Cannes Lions and Clio, and worked with brands like The Coca-Cola Company, AB InBev, HSBC and Burger King.


Fandom named two new executives to strengthen its leadership team. Peter Mansour was named as the new chief product officer and Jeremy Steinberg as chief revenue officer.

Golden LA

Golden LA signed director Paul Minor to its roster for presentation. Minor has delivered memorable spots for clients like Acura, Lincoln, Corona, Nike and Google.

Imagination Detroit

Imagination Detroit named Tim Stafford as its new managing director. Additionally, Paul Cowan was promoted to business and strategy director to lead global Ford teams.

Inspira Marketing

Inspira Marketing has hired Dave Wasserman as its new chief creative officer. With over fifteen years of agency experience, most recently as executive creative director at The Marketing Arm (TMA), Wasserman will collaborate closely with Inspira’s diverse roster of clients and oversee Inspira’s creative team of copywriters and designers.


Invisible signed Brenton Gieser for commercial representation. Gieser is a human-centered director and storyteller whose work has been screened at festivals including DOC NYC, Mill Valley Film Festival and Santa Barbara International Film Festival.


Kepler named Mallory Simmonds as president, EMEA. Simmonds will lead all operational and client activities for the agency’s EMEA business.

McCann Canada

McCann Canada appointed Stef Fabich as senior vice president, head of production. Fabich will lead the agency’s creative production team and spearhead innovative creative and production programs for clients.


McKinney named Gretchen Walsh as its new president. Previously the agency’s chief client officer, Walsh is the first female president in McKinney’s 54 year history. Walsh will oversee revenue management, foster and development client relationships and drive growth.

Miroma Group

Miroma Group named Rahul Chopra as chief strategy officer. Chopra was previously the global director of Instagram Reels, and brings significant industry expertise in building market-leading global products for top brands.

NCompass International

NCompass International hired Jonathan Murnane as global head of gaming and entertainment. Murnane will lead and grow all of the company’s video game and entertainment ventures.


Partizan signed director Floyd Russ for representation. Russ is known for his award-winning films, including Netflix Original documentaries Zion, American Manhunt and Malice at the Palace.

Performance Art Toronto

Performance Art Toronto named Tishan Canagasby as executive vice president, general manager. Canagasby will lead the agency’s Canadian operations, talent and culture, growth strategy and client roster.


Quigley-Simpson named Dalton Mangin as chief revenue officer. Dalton will lead revenue growth for the agency, while also doing the same for its clients.

Rankin Creative

Rankin Creative welcomed Tom Loader as its new creative director. Loader will aid in helping brands harness the power of culture to tell their unique and relevant stories.


Republic named Fran Montoya as its director of sales. Montoya will lead Republic’s internal sales and marketing teams, while also coordinating efforts with outside representation.


Stauffer named Summer Swigart as its principal consultant. Swigart brings dynamic experience in delivering enterprise software products and business strategy to clients.

The Bliss Group

The Bliss Group welcomed Keri Toomey as head of employee experience. Toomey will work to implement an employee development and engagement strategy to enhance and accelerate professional growth, all with the goal of ensuring top tier client outcomes.

The Many

The Many made three new strategic hires to expand its media team. Crystal Chou, Amanda Grant and Alex Huang all joined the team, with Chou leading as group media director.

The Marketing Arm

TMA (The Marketing Arm), has strengthened its executive leadership. Erin Wasson, currently evp growth and development, has been appointed evp, managing director. In addition, Rick Utzinger has joined the agency as an executive creative director.


TinyWins named Mercedes Perez-Bode as vice president of client partnerships. Perez-Bode will lead client partnerships, business development and sales opportunities.


TripleLift welcomed Adolfa Villagomez and Tony Wells to serve as independent board directors. The two will both work to bolster retail media and data addressability businesses.
