Biscuit Filmworks signed Lena Dunham to its roster in the U.S. and U.K. As she expands her footprint beyond film and television, this is Dunham’s first roster representation in advertising.

Designit grew its Americas team with a focus on growth. Kevin O’Connor was named director of growth, Meghan Byrnes-Borderan as executive experience design director, Myles Washington as experience design director and Amanda Santello as experience design director.

Edelman named Marie-Claire Maalouf as the new chief creative officer for UAE and KSA. The world-renowned executive creative director will focus on the Middle East, building creative capabilities across the region, while also working across EMEA as part of Edelman’s wider creative team.
FlyteVu
FlyteVu brought on its first general manager and appointed a leadership team. Sina Seger will serve as general manager, Nicole Ranieri to head of accounts and Ally Venable as head of talent.

Golden LA welcomed Jamie Webster to its production house. Webster is a filmmaker and creative director known for his work with clients like Nike, Adidas, Drake and Migos.
Grey London
Grey London named Conrad Persons as its new president. Persons has worked with industry leading brands like Amazon, Ben & Jerry’s and EY.
GSD&M
GSD&M named Dave Zwicherhill as its new vp, group director of decision services. Swickerhill will lead the agency’s business, web and media analytics practice across all clients.
Hart
Hart named Scott Hauman as its new vp of strategy and innovation. Dan Marvin also joined as creative director.
Haymaker
Jorge Andrade was named inaugural design director at Haymaker. The award-winning creative director will lead the design studio and offering for the agency.
Locality
Locality named John Brohel as chief financial officer. Brohel will lead investments in technology, people and products to solve the needs of advertisers and inventory owners across local broadcast and streaming advertising.
Missing pieces
Missing pieces signed filmmaker Zach Braff to its directorial roster. Braff is known for his work on the series Scrubs and feature film Garden State, as well as his T-Mobile commercials.
Ogilvy
Ogilvy named V.R. Rajesh as its new CEO in India. Additionally, Piyush Pandey was named chief advisor Ogilvy India and Hephzibah Pathak was named executive chairperson.
Right Formula
Right Formula appointed Rick Cuellar as its first commercial vp for the U.S. In this role, Cuellar will support continued growth and client delivery in North America.
Rise at Seven
Rise at Seven named Will Hobson as vice president of PR. Hobson will now champion the growth of the PR team and lead the digital PR industry across North America.

Alissa Feldbau was named executive producer at Voyager. Feldbau is known for impressive work across commercials, branded content, short films, music videos and campaign production.
