B-Reel LA

Ryan Griffin joined B-Reel LA as its client partner. Griffin will work alongside executive creative director Yujin Lee to oversee client relationships and develop the studio’s product and platform offerings.

Be Social

Influencer agency Be Social celebrated its 10th anniversary with key promotions and hires to fuel growth. Ashlie Daubert is joining as director of creator partnerships, Arrionne Simmons as editorial manager and Gogo Pandit as business development manager. Promotions include Haley Henning to director of talent, Deanna Ritter to managing director, Natalie Bacon to senior talent manager, Erin Foltz to associate director of editorial, Belinda Sztrom to director of special projects and Jess Yoo to talent manager.

Bond

Creative marketing agency Bond has already promoted more than 20 team members in 2022, as well as added more than 60 people to the team in the past year. As it embarks on its tenth year in business, the agency is focused on creating best-in-class services in strategy, A/V, digital and social media, web development, production, 3D, visual identity, print design, branding, motion graphics and more.

Didit

Long Island-based digital marketing agency Didit announced its promotion of Eric Wiggins from senior vice president of business development to chief executive officer. Wiggins has served at the firm since 2006, significantly impacting its growth and development.

Doner

Sue Han joined Detroit-based agency Doner as its executive vice president, brand leader. Bringing her extensive experience in CPG, beauty, telecom, pharma, OTC and B2B experience, Han will lead the agency’s New York-based clients and built out its east coast presence.

Fechtor Advertising

Following Stephen Fechtor’s retirement from Fechtor Advertising and transition to an advisor position, Michelle Snook and Dave Rogers are taking over as agency leaders. The two will lead strategic thinking and creative product for clients.

Finn Partners

Finn Partners appointed Zach Groen as vice president of sports division. A former Big Ten Conference and Philadelphia Eagles communications executive, Groen will now work alongside sports division leaders John Acunto and Matt Saler, as well as collaborate on projects across consumer and lifestyle groups.

FutureDeluxe

Global creative studio FutureDeluxe welcomed Jo Webb as its new chief people officer. Webb will build company culture, expand people capabilities and drive company growth in global locations including London, Los Angeles and Sydney.

George P. Johnson

Event and experience marketing agency George P. Johnson promoted Jorge Narvaez-Arango to its senior vice president, head of creative, EMEA. An award winning designer and creative director, Narvaez-Arango will set creative vision and delivery, consistently aiming to innovate past traditional marketing.

Glow

Jason Sinclair joined Glow as its first head of strategy. Sinclair will work to lead strategic thought leadership across the agency’s entertainment client roster and help the agency expand its digital presence.

Harbor

Massimo D’Avolio joined Harbor as its new executive vice president of strategy and operations. With nearly two decades holding senior leadership roles in finance and operations at leading entertainment, advertising and post-production companies, D’Avolio will expand the company’s brand and operations.

JumpCrew

B2B customer acquisition marketing and sales firm JumpCrew hired two new executives to its C-suite. Mark Corley is joining as chief operating officer, and Dan George is joining as chief people officer.

Octagon

Creative, integrated marketing and talent management sports and entertainment agency Octagon promoted Matt Malichio to executive vice president and group creative director with the goal of enhancing its creative capabilities.

R/GA

Josefina Casellas joined R/GA as its new executive creative director SS LATAM. With a focus on the Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America, Casellas will lead creative work from the Buenos Aires office at a regional level.

Reach Agency

Reach Agency boosted its team with three new key hires. Albert Kugel is joining as senior director of strategy, and Jessica Phillips and Lindsey Buchanan both as account director.

Rinck Advertising

Rinck Advertising promoted Kathleen de Silva and Amanda Frost both to vice president, account services. De Silva has worked with clients like Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority, MaineHousing, and Dunkin’, and Frost has led services for Dove, Vaseline, and Colman’s Mustard through her account, Unilever.

Saatchi & Saatchi Seattle

Saatchi & Saatchi Seattle promoted Fabia Costa to executive creative director, moving him from Los Angeles to Seattle to lead creative strategy alongside managing director Noopur Shukla and evp, head of strategy Dan Neumann.

TDA Boulder

TDA Boulder creative director Jeremy Seibold was named partner at the agency. Reporting directly to founder and executive creative director Thomas Dooley and executive creative director and partner Jonathan Schoenberg, Seibold has driven growth across the company while working with clients like Champion Pet Foods, Golftec and Keeper’s Heart Whiskey.

The Maverick Group

The Maverick Group welcomed Simon Derungs as its client services director. Previously at McCann, Publicis and M&C Saatchi, Derungs will tap into his experience to lead strategy and creative at the agency.

Vault49

Susan Levy was appointed Vault49’s head of client management. The global role will strengthen the agency’s leadership team and improve capabilities in brand experience and design management.

VMLY&R

Hira Mohibullah joined VMLY&R as its executive creative director based in Kansas City. Coming from BBDO Pakistan, the appointment marks Mohibullah’s move to the North American market, where she will join the senior ranks of VMLY&R’s U.S. creative team and report to John Godsey, chief creative officer, North America.
