Revolving Door Roster Updates: Baldwin&, Genentech, Morrison & More

Before we head into the holidays, we’re finishing off the week with the top recent hires and promotions in the agencies world.


Baldwin& promoted five employees across disciplines in an effort to cultivate talent from within. Renée Tufillaro was promoted from social director to strategy director, Lauren Stanton from assistant media planner to media planner, Jenny Thackham from designer to senior designer, MaryEllen Zino from finance supervisor to finance director and Caity Barnes from social media strategist to senior social strategy.



Justin Shepard was hired as the first chief financial officer at Claravine. In this role, Shepard will support the continued growth of the company and its increasing demand for the company’s data standards cloud.


Rosie McGuire was hired as head of creative at CourtAvenue. With awards from Cannes Lions, The Webby, One Show and Clio awards, McGuire brings experience working with global brands including T-Mobile, Ford, Lincoln, General Mills and P&G.

Forsman & Bodenfors

Forsman & Bodenfors made three new appointments to strengthen its creative and strategy teams. Kate Thorneloe and Axel Tagg are both taking on creative director roles and Olivia Leblanc is joining as strategy director.


Genentech made two new hires to strengthen its marketing team. Erica Taylor joined as the company’s first CMO, and Ozgun (Oz) Demir joined as its first head of digital marketing.


Amanda Forgione was named the new CEO at prominent Atlanta ad agency Morrison. Forgione has been at the agency for twenty-three years in various leadership positions, most recently as president and COO.
