B-Reel NY welcomed three new hires to expand its Brooklyn-based team. Jessica Abood joins as senior integrated producer, Robert Blair as associate creative director of design and Ramon Cruz as brand director.
Ludmila Skorodelova was appointed as executive director at Crossmedia International in London. Skorodelova brings over 17 years of industry experience, the last seven of which were at Crossmedia, and the rest of which were spread between GroupM agencies Maxus, MEC and Mindshare.

Jaguar Land Rover North America appointed Charlotte Blank as chief marketing officer, USA. Previously the company’s director of transformation and analytics, Blank will now oversee the region’s marketing strategy and operations.
