72andSunny

Lora Schulson was promoted to head of production North America at 72andSunny. The promotion aims to accelerate the role of production at the agency in fostering innovation and experimentation.

Industry veteran K. Pearson Brown joined AblesonTaylor as director of marketing and communications. Brown will lead internal and external agency communications, with key focuses on recruitment marketing, employee engagement and company culture.

Amplify

Global creative agency Amplify welcomed Anita Nair as its head of content production. Coming from her previous role at Engine, she’ll work with clients including Airbnb, Epic Games, Google, Lego, Nike, PlayStation and Prime Video.

Anchor Worldwide

Independent creative agency Anchor Worldwide welcomed Samantha Lemoine as creative director. Lemoine was previous a Gut creative partner alongside Will Ramos, who is also now at Anchor Worldwide as strategy director.

Backbone Media

Colorado-based marketing agency Backbone Media appointed Greg Williams as its president. Williams will lead staff and daily operations, focusing on managing growth and business development.

Barker

Barker welcomed its first creative director of copy, Laura Etheredge. In this role, Etheredge will oversee all accounts, including Bausch + Lomb, Sunsweet, Hanes and Holy Name.

Droga5

Stephanie McArdle was named the head of design at Droga5. In this role, she will drive the agency’s design offering, joining art direction and visual design with storytelling expertise for clients.

Elmwood

Global design consultancy Elmwood revamped its Singapore senior leadership team with three new key hires. Lisa Balm joins as creative director, Rachel Goh as head of insights and Kedar Karippail as client services director.

FGS Global

FGS Global brought on Yan Xuan as its partner and senior advisor in China. The new hire aims to strengthen the company’s global geopolitical capabilities, expand its client offerings in public affairs and risk management and expand its advisory specializations.

Imaginary Forces

Imaginary Forces welcomed Matthew Barish as its chief operating officer. Barish brings over 12 years of industry experience managing people, process, profit and production and is the agency’s first COO in 26 years of being in business.

Imagination

Gavin Miller was hired as the global environmental sustainability lead at Imagination. Miller is now responsible for developing and distributing the global experience design company’s environmental sustainability strategy.

Mason

Leslie Alldredge was hired as account director at Mason. Bringing over 20 years of experience in account services for the advertising and marketing industry, Alldredge will lead account services for all clients.

Media Matters

Alison Finley was appointed vice president of media at Media Matters. In this role, she’ll lead the media team and drive growth opportunities at the agency.

Nail

Hanna Kregling joined Nail Communications as senior creative. This role will be focused on conceptual design and art direction for clients like pet food brand Natural Balance.

Opus Group

Global agency network the Opus Group promoted Dena Lowery to president of Opus Agency. Lowery has been with Opus Agency for over 26 years, leading global experience and event operations, and is touted for her ability to scale high-performing teams that contribute to rapid growth.

Organic

Natalie Wieczorek was appointed as strategic account director at Organic. With over 10 years of experience in similar roles at tech startups, global corporations, agencies and ecommerce brands, she will lead multiple accounts, including Cilex, Improve International and Gas Safe Register.

Rosie Labs

Melissa Gilmour joined Rosie Labs’ Web3 practice to co-lead its business in Europe as managing partner. Gilmour will work to expand the agency’s business, which already has a growing roster of partners and collaborators including Intersport, eShot Labs and Blue Marble.

TBWA\Media Arts Lab

Beth Keamy was promoted to chief digital officer at TBWA\Media Arts Lab. Keamy joined the agency in 2016 as global senior strategist and has since led countless global digital and social media initiatives for key client Apple.

The Public Relations Global Network

Joanne Chan was appointed as the Asia-Pacific regional vice president of The Public Relations Global Network. Chan brings over 20 years of experience as an innovator in the public relations industry, and will use her skills to develop the network’s capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Emmy and Oscar nominee Scott Gemmell joined 1stAveMachine as executive producer. Gemmell previously served as a partner and executive producer at Starbeast and Traction Ave. Films, and is known for his ability to deliver high quality content across mediums.
