Alan. agency made two new key senior hires to support ambitious relaunch growth plans. Michael Richards, previously at Unlimited, VCCP and Grey Leader, joined as managing director. Daniele Pulega, previously creative director at McCann Group Worldwide, joined as creative director.
Alkemy X
Laurence Thrush joined global entertainment company Alkemy X’s directorial roster. Thrush has worked with top clients including McDonald’s, Honda, Subway, Adobe and Mastercard.
Bam Strategy
Alex Rapoport, previously an FCB Health executive, joined Bam Strategy with the goal of expanding the agency’s pharmaceutical portfolio. Rapoport will lead all media planning and activation strategy in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space.
Cactus
Kelly Rowntree was named Cactus’s new chief strategy officer. Having worked with brands including Sleep Number, Domino’s and Subaru, Rowntree will utilize her experience to drive continued growth at the creative agency.
Co:Collective
Creative and strategic transformation company co:collective promoted Amanda Ginzburg to chief growth officer, where she will drive intentional growth across business and brand, organization and culture and experience.
Cramer-Krasselt
Damon Kaydo joined marketing and communications agency Cramer-Krasselt as its senior vice president, executive director of media. Kaydo will lead all management duties at the Chicago and Milwaukee offices.
Deloitte Digital
Deloitte Digital promoted Milton Correa and Jones Krahl to co-U.S. heads of creative for brand advertising, a newly created role focused on connecting the full breadth of the agency’s creative talent.
Engine Creative
Matt Rhodes was named Engine Creative’s new chief strategy officer. Formerly the agency’s head of strategy, Rhodes will build the agency’s strategic skillset and boost collaboration with strategy teams across data, brand planning, communications and social and influencer capabilities.
Havas London
Former Lucky Generals managing director and partner James Fox joined Havas London as its chief client officer. He will sit on the agency’s senior leadership team and work to develop the agency’s current client relationships while fostering new business development.
Mother London
Mother London appointed Katie Elliott as its new managing director. Elliott has been with Mother since 2016, previously serving as new business manager and then promoted to head of new business. In this new role, she will ensure the agency fosters a great work environment as well as great client relationships.
NextRoll
Vibhor Kapoor joined NextRoll as the new CMO for its D2C ecommerce division, AdRoll. Formerly an executive at Adobe and Microsoft, Kapoor will launch a series of new products and offerings, accelerate customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Permutive
Husna Grimes joined purpose-built audience platform Permutive as its vice president of global privacy. Previously the co-founder of privacy consultancy company Pure Privacy, Grimes will lead Permutive’s privacy strategy, ensuring safe and reliable experiences for users.
Planet Propaganda
Independent advertising agency Planet Propaganda appointed Shannon Stauff as its director of business development. Stauff brings 20 years of agency experience at companies including Twin Cities for Latitude, Preston Kelly and the Integer Group.

Tina McCarthy joined PMG as its New York managing director. With almost two decades of experience in client management for digital, traditional and experiential marketing, McCarthy will oversee a portfolio of brand clients as well as the company’s regional presence.

Previous Adweek agencies editor and Martin Agency director of brand purpose communications Doug Zanger joined indie B2B shop SalientMG as its senior vice president of brand, creative and content. In this new position, he will lead the agency’s industry and content professionals, positioning the firm to grow its content and creative practice.

Emily Westgate joined Signal AI as its chief marketing officer. Previously Signal AI’s vice president of marketing, Westgate will expand on her success driving the company’s marketing vision and growth.

Creative production company Society added Jian Luo (“Layla”) to its directorial roster, marketing her first U.S. representation. Layla’s work has landed her projects with clients including Mercedes and Nescafé.
Stink Films
International production company Stink Films hired Vanessa Hernández Vega to run its new Mexico City office. As a founding partner and executive producer of a local production company, Vega brings extensive knowledge of production and the local market.

Christian Bauman joined The Bloc, a leading health creative agency, as its new chief creative officer. In this new role, Bauman will work to lead an international team of creatives and foster a deep creative community around the world.
The-Artery
Creative company The-Artery brought on creative VFX and technology innovators Elad Offer and Yuval Levy. Offer has played key roles developing brands including Apple and Microsoft. Levy contributed to many successful feature films including The Other Guys and Crazy Stupid Love.

Sophie Bell joined full-service TV commercials and content production agency Toast TV as its managing director. Bell will focus on expanding partnerships, attracting more large brands and managing B2B and internal communications, and will position the company at the forefront of sustainable video production.

Malaika Danovitz joined VIA as a creative director. Danovitz spent the last 20 years at McgarryBowen and Saatchi NY / Publicis Groupe. She will work across a variety of consumer goods client teams to deliver creative.
Wavemaker Canada
Ryan Webber was named as Wavemaker Canada’s new chief executive officer. Previously the chief revenue officer at iLobby, Webber will serve on GroupM Canada’s executive committee, representing Wavemaker Canadian operations.
