Revolving Door Roster Updates: Alkemy X, Hanson Dodge, Laundry Service & More

We’re back with two weeks of worth of hires, promotions and roster updates at the top agencies around the world. Let’s see who’s gone where since we last checked in.

62Above

Ana Lanzas was hired as the director of public relations and social media at 62Above. In this role, Lanzas will work to seamlessly integrate the PR and social media disciples with other strengths of the agency like strategy planning, paid media and campaign creative.

AbelsonTaylor

Health and wellness agency AbelsonTaylor hired Rebecca Visconti as vice president of marketing intelligence. Visconti is an innovative marketing and analytics expert, and will oversee all marketing intelligence services with a team of specialists in data, analysis, insights, multi-touch attribution models and more.

Alkemy X

After a period of explosive growth for the agency, Alkemy X made two new hires to leadership positions. Mark Quinn was hired as director of finance, and Dawne Ballard was hired as people and culture manager in Philadelphia.

Attachment

Tania Hung was appointed the director of licensing and ventures at global entertainment marketing agency Attachment. Hung will lead brand licensing, grow its ventures programs for clients and create new opportunities for brands and talent.

Broadhead

Broadhead formed a board of advisors, including industry and subject matter experts Amanda BrinkmanPhil JohnsonAnne Mezzenga and Pete Speranza. The board broadens the agencies expertise in content, retail strategy, agriculture and food innovation.

Brownstein Group

Brownstein Group promoted Gary Greenberg from executive creative director to chief creative officer. Greenberg will lead the evolution and development of the agency’s creative, video and digital capabilities.

Cossette

Cossette welcomed John Osborne as its new group creative director. Osborne joins after a two-year stint as creative director at Creature London.

Fig

Independent creative agency Fig made three new hires to its creative team. Victoria Bennett joined as executive director, production, while Tan Erginay and Curtis Caja both joined as associate creative directors.

Folk

Communications agency Folk hired Laura Sprinks as its associate director, as well as eight new marketing and communications consultants. The consultants include deaf awareness and access consultant Jonathan Cotsen, communications and design officer Aira Gonzales, storytelling coach Beatrice Ngalula Kabutakapua, senior communications consultant Mark Webb, communications expert Val Bodden, digital marketing specialist Veronica Adenuga, influencer Yasmin Johal and multidisciplinary creative Yusuf Ismail.

Future Deluxe

Future Deluxe hired James Murray as the first managing director at its U.K. studio. Murray will focus on driving business growth and maintaining the studio’s existing client base.

French/West/Vaughan

French/West/Vaughan made two promotions and five hires across its account services, social media and paid media teams. Promotions include Emily Brice to group account director and Madeline Hiller to account executives. Hires include Savannah Farrington as senior account executive, Haley McGraw as assistant account executive, Cameron “Cam” Daniel as account coordinator, Tess Christensen as social media coordinator and Kayla Brown as paid media coordinator.

Good-Loop

Good-Loop appointed Marisa Thomas as its new CMO. Thomas comes from her previous role as head of brand at Bloom & Wild, and will lead the platform’s brand strategy and drive long-term international growth.

Hanson Dodge

Hanson Dodge hired Maggie Pope as its associate media director. Pope will lead a team of media planners and assistant planners, and will be responsible for day-to-day media activities for clients like Creminelli Fine Meats and Now natural vitamins.

Honor Society

Gemma Lee joined bi-coastal production company Honor Society’s directorial roster. Lee brings a portfolio of work for clients like Beats by Dre, Mazda, Libra and Coppertone.

Incubeta

Incubeta made two new hires to boost its senior leadership team, following the news that Carlyle acquired a majority stake in its company. Sally Laycock was appointed as EMEA CEO and Andrew Turner as U.K. managing director.

Integral Ad Science

Khurrum Malik is joining Integral Ad Science as chief marketing officer. In this role, Malik will accelerate global marketing initiatives for the agency and lead its global marketing strategy.

Irresistible

Irresistible Studios signed photographer and filmmaker Jamie Muir to its roster. Muir is a highly acclaimed director with experience working with brands like Google, Coca-Cola and Chevrolet.

Juliet Creative

Juliet Creative welcomed Ryan Bullock as partner and president of the agency. Bullock brings expertise in restaurant and QSR experience, as well as a perspective on both where advertising fits in an organization, as well as how to lead a business successfully.

Laundry Service

Laundry Service appointed two new co-chief creative officers to lead the agency’s four offices in Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Portland and London. Daniel Nunez was promoted from within, from his previous role as executive creative director, while Matt Walton joins from previous roles at Anomaly, R/GA and Sid Lee.

Max Connect Digital

Maria Rico joined Max Connect Digital as its vice president of retail and finance. An industry veteran with experience working with brands like Jamba Juice, Boston Market and Dunkin’ Donuts, Rico will work to foster new client relationships, provide marketing strategy and creative direction and gather unique industry insights.

Merit

Merit Marketing is expanding its Midwest operations with new key technology hires. Travis Knutson joins as chief technology officer, and Kyle Sampson joins as front-end developer.

Modern Post

Post-production studio Modern Post promoted Ashley Bartell to executive producer, after she served five years as head of production. Bartell has over two decades of experience in post-production, and will now work to evolve the agency’s big-picture strategy, including talent recruitment and marketing and sales strategy.

Nail

Nail Communications hired Aysha Caseres as project manager. Caseres will be responsible for championing operational efficiencies across the agency and guiding resourcing activity across its production department, account management and creative teams.

Tank Worldwide

Tank Worldwide promoted Akwanne Onuoha to executive vice president, managing director EMEA, just a few months after she was named managing director EMEA. The appointment comes after the agency won a full branding and launch assignment for a luxury wellness center, as well as general expansion across Tank Worldwide’s client portfolio.

The Basement

The Basement made eight new hires to support the expansion of its client roster and services. Hires include Lizzy Morehouse as manager, integrated planner, Mallory Doyel as senior account executive, Liz Palmer as senior account executive, Michael Meek as art director, Josh Adams as junior art director, Carly Mungovan as associate campaign manager, Jess Nejad as account executive and Brooke Hazel as strategic communications intern.

The Or

The Or welcomed creative team Dan Morris and Charlene Chandrasekaran as its executive creative directors. The two will lead all creative output, team and product across the agency’s portfolio, which includes brands like Waze, Taco Bell and YouTube.

The Social Lights

The Social Lights hired Ali Olson as its vice president of operations. Coming from her previous role as director of development at HeartWorks, Olson brings over 15 years of industry experience to the role.

Zulu Alpha Kilo

Zulu Alpha Kilo hired Erica Shalinsky as the executive strategy officer for the Vancouver office. Coming from her previous role as vice president, strategy director at BBDO New York, Shalinsky brings extensive experience in building brand platforms, driving growth and business transformation and serving as a management consultant to clients.
