Accenture Song expanded its global leadership team with Lucia Grillo as North America content lead. Grillo will lead the agency’s content and production studio capabilities.
Director Camila Cornelsen joined the talent roster at afterhrs. The Brazilian raised, L.A.-based director, cinematographer and photographer has done work for top brands like Nike, Apple, Vogue, Google, Instagram and Facebook.
Brain Corp named Chris Lobdell as its new chief revenue officer. Lobdell will lead the company through continued growth after unprecedented scale for autonomous mobile robots in 2023.
Canteen signed beauty and cosmetics director Diana Borinato to its roster for U.S. representation. Borinato has done work for brands like Sephora, Aperol and Diego Dalla Palma.
Chiel U.K. made two new appointments to drive growth and innovation in 2024. Stewart Birch was appointed as head of technology and Gareth Pitt as head of U.K. business.
Creativ Strategies expanded its executive team with Vibhu Bhan as chief operating and information officer and Joe Lai as chief technology officer. With these hires, the agency launched a new AI and technology division.
Exte appointed Matthew Doherty as CEO for North America. Doherty will lead the company’s commercial, strategic and organizational strategy in the region.

Gigasavvy appointed Pam Potts as growth director. Potts will leverage business development experience to build and grow new client relationships.
Gupta Media named Jen Perry as its new executive creative director. Perry brings over 20 years of experience at agencies and brands like Deutsch New York, Energy BBDO, Hill Holiday and Arnold Worldwide.

Hot Paper Lantern named three senior vice presidents as partners at the agency. Carol Dasaro, Julianna Jacobson and Mike Adorno were chosen due to outstanding leadership.

Minds + assembly appointed Adam Cossman to its board of directors. The marketing and tech entrepreneur is known for being the visionary behind Real Chemistry’s commercial, data and AI solutions.
Modern Post signed Aitor Bigas for U.S. representation. The editor is known for his work with top brands like Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Calvin Klein, as well as artists like Bad Bunny, Arca, Bjork and Rosalía.
Moroch named Jaquie Hoyos as its new chief media officer. Hoyos has been with the agency since 2020, revamping its approach to media with a deeper understanding of local cultural and business impact.
Nest Commerce named Emma Cooper as its new group account director. Cooper will manage client relationships while also identifying and growing new business opportunities.
Orci named Alexandre Carney as vp strategic planning director. Carney comes from his previous role as group strategy director at Cashmere, where he oversaw work for brands like Marriott Bonvoy and Taco Bell.

Redscout appointed Ashley Shaffer to chief marketing officer. Shaffer brings experience from strategy and leadership roles at companies like Netflix, IDEO, Preacher and Outerknown.

Red Door Interactive promoted Stephanie Ranson to chief client officer. Ranson was chosen for this role for her ability to break new ground and set new industry benchmarks for the agency and its clients.

The Social Element expanded its U.S. leadership team with Shea Carter as vp of social and influencer. Carter brings experience in marketing leadership at Kontoor Brands.
Trailer Park Group
Trailer Park Group named David Messinger as chairman and interim CEO. Messenger is tasked with guiding an overarching strategic direction and driving further market expansion for the production company.
VaynerMedia welcomed Isaac Silverglate as executive creative director. Silverglate will lead the creative director of PepsiCo brands like Pepsi, Starry, Cheetos, Naked and Mug Root Beer.
Warschawski expanded its marketing team with six new team members to further its email and lifecycle marketing capabilities. The team now features seven specialists in email marketing, two data scientists and two email designers.
Zappi made multiple appointments to its global leadership team. Nataly Kelly was named chief marketing officer and Babita Earle was named international managing director.
