French/West/Vaughan (FWV),a public relations and integrated marketing agency, has been selected to support public relations and content development for The Advertising Checking Bureau, Inc. (ACB), experts in turnkey channel marketing solutions.

Huge

Design and innovation firm Huge is relocating its global headquarters to a 16-story modern office tower, Dock 72, at Brooklyn Navy Yard. The new space will be the firm’s “global experience center” and will live alongside WeWork and Food52.

InnoVision Marketing Group

Island Fin Poké selected InnoVision Marketing Group as its new agency of record. InnoVision will lead activations in branding, franchise development, digital marketing and national public relations and outreach.

McCann Design

McCann has launched McCann Design, a new cross-network team offering clients innovative design solutions, including graphics, motion, 3D animation and product and packaging design. Matt van Leeuwen is joining the firm to lead this division.

Niche

Former executives at Tinder, Bumble and Facebook came together to launch Niche, an ad-free, decentralized social media platform with user-owned communities, allowing users to own and sell their own content. The company recently closed a $1.8 million pre-seed round, with MetaWeb leading the round.

Pantheon

Pantheon, a SaaS-based website operations (WebOps) platform for developers, designers, and marketers, has published new research that explores the relationship between marketing and IT leaders as they develop, manage, update and evolve their most important digital asset—their website. The survey, conducted in partnership with Hanover Research, uncovered a collective focus on improving website agility; however, competing priorities and collaboration gaps create significant challenges for both groups as they navigate their organizations’ digital efforts.

Red Thread PR

Brownstein Group launched a new independent PR specialty agency, Red Thread PR. Red Thread PR will expand the company’s public relations services and capabilities, allowing Brownstein Group to compete for bigger clients on a national scale.

Republica Havas Health

Republica Havas and Havas Health & You partnered to form Republica Havas Health, a new division offering health and wellness programs to foster cultural understanding and health equity for multicultural populations. Performance marketing startup Swaarm secured a new seven-figure round of funding, led by STS Ventures. Swaarm plans to use the funds to scale its customer base, accelerate market penetration and expand its footprint both nationally and globally.

In the last year, social-first agency group The Social Lights has grown its top line revenue by 87% and its team by 70%, growth which it attributes to brands’ prioritization of social-first marketing. New clients include Principal Financial Group, Pentair, B&G Foods and the Minnesota Twins.

Theorem, a full-service flexible digital marketing solutions provider is expanding its automation services for publishers, video and audio streaming companies. Theorem’s new AdOps automation and order-to-cash offerings are designed to help media and entertainment brands grow their revenue through a mix of human intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies.

Wasserman Music is expanding and reorganizing its services with its new marketing services and digital strategy department. Comprising expertise in the areas of tour marketing, digital strategy, ticketing and live streaming, the new department is led by svp, marketing Sam Alpert.

We Are Social

Creative agency network We Are Social just opened a new office in Amsterdam, led by managing director, Netherlands, Sam Grischotti. The Netherlands team is already working with new clients, including Crocs.
