This week, the agency world is flooded with news of acquisitions, rebrands and new feature launches.

AC&M Group

AC&M Group has acquired Argentina-based Axlot, a digital innovator specializing in web development, digital advertising, analytics and digital innovation.



AgencyAnalytics launched 11-second smart dashboards, a new solution in its toolkit delivering high-quality client reports almost instantly. The new dashboard sets a new standard for reporting, to do it all in 11 seconds or less.


Atomic launched Atomic Matter, a creative health agency that wants to help health brands do more of what matters. The agency will be run by managing director Natalie Enniks, head of strategy Frankie Everson and executive creative director Paul Foster.


Bakery was chosen as the social agency of record for GE Lighting. The agency will work to drive brand awareness and engage new audiences for the brand.

Billion Dollar Boy

Billion Dollar Boy launched FiveTwoNine, a membership community that combines physical spaces and online educational resources. The new initiative aims to empower creators and brands.

Feigley Communications

Feigley Communications was honored with 12 awards at the 41st annual healthcare advertising awards competition. The competition recognizes excellence in healthcare marketing and advertising.


International sport and entertainment agency Fuse, part of Omnicom Media Group, has launched a new office in São Paulo, led by Luiz Fiorese, head of Fuse Brazil. The new office will further cement Fuse’s presence in the LatAm market.


GigaStar unveiled new platform features to enhance investor and creator experience, along with revenue tracking capabilities. The new dashboard highlights key performance metrics and mobile-first updates to provide quick access to revenue information.

H/L won McDonald’s DSOA media account. After collaborating with the brand for twenty years, the agency is now partnering with the brand to lead all media planning and buying elements of the business.


Hyperquake, an independent creative strategy, branding and experience design agency, has acquired Brooklyn-based Potion, a digital storytelling and immersive content creation shop. Potion will retain its identity, its full staff and its headquarters in the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Mod Op expanded its full-service offerings with the acquisition of Lam Design. The acquisition will help Mod Op deliver unparalleled value to clients by blending technology, creativity and strategic insight.


Obviouslee, a full-service marketing agency, has been selected by The Running Event as its media relations agency of record and creative partner.


PPHC acquired Lucas Public Affairs for $22 million. The acquisition expands the company’s presence in California and builds upon its scale as its third significant acquisition since IPO.


PPK is showcasing diverse local voices driving impact within the Tampa Bay Area in honor of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) Heritage Month. Vistar Media, a global provider of technology solutions for out-of-home media, has acquired traditional OOH planning and buying software, ADstruc, from PJX Media.
