Revolving Door Agency Moves: AdRoll, Kite Factory, Moore & More

The first agency moves of the month brings new partnerships, new technologies and exciting breakthroughs for agencies around the world.


Marketing and advertising platform AdRoll is partnering with open-source ecommerce platform for WordPress, WooCommerce. The new integration enables merchants to track and target online shippers across cross-channel campaigns, increasing conversions and revenue.


Edge Direct

Edge Direct, a division of Moore, was chosen as direct response fundraising agency of record for Stand Up to Cancer. The agency will lead an omnichannel fundraising program to support the organization in accelerating the pace of cancer research and breakthroughs.


John Doe Group launched Elsewhere, a community-first research agency. Combatting one-dimensional, generic profiles that sit at the heart of marketing strategies, the agency will help brands gain a better understanding of all audience groups.


Fiverr launched FiverrPro, a new business solution bringing vetted freelance talent and management technologies to medium and large businesses. The tool matches businesses with freelancers based on specific project needs, based on freelancers’ background, experience, technical skills, performance reviews and ratings.


Global events leader Freeman acquired Sparks, a global brand experience agency. The acquisition aims to expand Freeman’s capabilities in corporate events and exhibits as well as brand experience.

Hanson Dodge

Hanson Dodge is celebrating three new business wins. It recently picked up new clients Lafeber Company Veterinary Care, Potawatomi Business Development Corp and Softeon Supply Chain Solutions.

Harmelin Media Group

Harmelin Media Group was hired by Hershey Entertainment and Resorts to provide digital and traditional media services and analytics support. The agency’s first campaign for the brand will launch in September 2023.

Kite Factory

Kite Factory was chosen by grassroots environmental campaigning organization Friends of the Earth to oversee digital media activity for its fundraising. The agency will lead fundraising advertising for the Individual Giving team in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Local Collective

Not-for-profit Safehaven has named creative brand and advertising agency The Local Collective as agency of record. The new brand strategy and campaign platform are set to launch in 2024.

M&C Saatchi London

M&C Saatchi London was chosen by U.K. Finance to develop a rapid response multichannel campaign. The campaign aims to raise awareness of support available from mortgage lenders for customers concerned about higher monthly repayment costs. It will also be supported by Goodstuff, which will oversee media planning and buying.


MMB was chosen to create a campaign for the Ipswich River Watershed Association, which features animals that it says will only be around “For a Limited Time.” The campaign features posters, print ads and postcards with the tagline “Ours to Save.”


Moore was the recipient of five Direct Marketing Association of Washington 2023 MAXI awards. The awards were given in recognition of work done with Feeding America, Anti-Defamation League, Lutheran World Relief, No Kid Hungry and Mount Vernon Ladies Association.


Chicago’s largest mural festival returns to District Brew Yards as 17 globally renowned and emerging muralists wield their talents in a behemoth display of creativity known as Titan Walls. Presented by art activation agency Muros, the festival kicks off Aug. 7 and culminates with a community party and the launch of the new immersive Muros Beach House on Aug. 12.

On Hold Marketing & Communications

In its ongoing effort to continue growing its presence both nationally and internationally, On Hold Marketing and Communications secured its latest client, Santa Clara Marriott. The hotel will tap into brand-approved, localized messaging to retain callers on hold longer and increase guest bookings.

The Habit Burger Grill

The Habit Burger Grill has announced the finalists in the running for agency of record. The finalists include Arcana Academy, Barrett Hofherr, BBDO San Francisco and David&Goliath, and the agency of record will be chosen in September 2023.

Vital Works

Nimble Works launched a new sister agency, Vital Works. Vital works will work to expand capabilities for clients at the intersection of clinical and technological innovation, like GE Healthcare.
