Revolving Door Agency Moves: Adams & Knight, Fuse Create, Piranha & More

In the midst of awards season and summer campaigns, agencies enjoyed numerous accolades, activations and acknowledgments this week.

Adam&eveDDB

Crisis, a national charity for people experiencing homelessness, appointed adam&eveDDB as the lead for its 2022 Christmas mass awareness campaign. The agency was challenged to drive fame and consideration to support the charity during its most crucial time of the year.

Adams & Knight

Integrated marketing agency Adams & Knight was awarded 26 international Telly Awards, with four gold awards, on behalf of its healthcare, financial services and tourism/leisure clients—the most the agency has ever received from the competition.

Aloysius Butler & Clark

Aloysius Butler & Clark announced a new office at 123 South Broad Street in Philadelphia. The 6,000 square foot office aims to accommodate and empower agency growth. The space will be designed to foster creativity, productivity and confidence for employees—and the agency will be practicing a hybrid work model to allow flexibility.

Fever

Netflix and live-entertainment discovery platform Fever announced NYC Ferry as the official transportation sponsor of Stranger Things: The Experience, an interactive experience located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Netflix and Fever are opening a new rift—and will brand the inside cabin of 15 NYC Ferry vessels across the New York harbor with Stranger Things: The Experience artwork.

Fuse Create

Fuse Create was chosen as the creative agency of record for Sinai Health Foundation. The two are entering into a three-year agreement to raise awareness for Sinai Health and its network of care, with services spanning broadcast, digital, social, OOH, experiential and production.

GR0

GR0, which was recently recognized as the fastest-growing SEO agency in the United States by Clutch, announced the acquisition of QuaGrowth, an email marketing agency dedicated to helping ecommerce brands grow and scale. QuaGrowth will initially keep its brand identity intact, but will formally operate GR0’s email/SMS marketing service offering to new and existing customers. QuaGrowth CEO Jason Boehle will take on the new title of director, email and SMS marketing. The deal comes on the heels of GR0’s recent acquisition of Google Ads specialist agency TM Marketing Consultants—and the launch of a new Google Ads service division.

Identity Digital

Donuts Inc. and Afilias, Inc. joined forces and rebranded under a single name, Identity Digital. The rebrand comes with a new name, logo, visual identity, voice/tone and website, all aiming to reflect the agency’s bettered commitment to helping companies find, grow and protect their digital identities.

Klick Health

Independent medical marketing and media agency Klick Health is expanding to open offices across Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America. New regional hubs will include Singapore, London, U.K. and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Luckie & Company

Marketing agency Luckie & Company opened a new 15,000 square-foot office in downtown Birmingham, nearby where the company started 70 years ago. Additionally, the agency purchased a plot of land in the metaverse for its first virtual office.

M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment

Full-service creative communications agency M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment North America is the new earned media agency of record for fast-growing footwear and apparel training brand NOBULL. The agency was awarded the business following a competitive RFP—and will continue to raise awareness for the Boston-based startup within the U.S. and beyond, as the business looks to expand into new markets globally.

McCann Worldgroup

McCann Worldgroup launched MWverse, an inclusive, accessible and sustainable Web3 experience, designed to allow all people to access an immersive look into the agency’s campaigns within virtual brand rooms. The activation was unveiled simultaneously alongside the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Omnicom Media Group

Omnicom Media Group and Instacart partnered to deliver benefits to Omnicom clients, most significantly providing new measurement capabilities. Additionally, Instacart is building a roadmap to work within Omni, Omnicom’s open operating system with clean room infrastructure, which orchestrates better outcomes for clients across the buying journey.

Piranha

New York City-based creative agency Piranha expanded with the acquisition of Manhattan Made Marketing. The acquisition gained Piranha new offices in Miami and Barcelona, as well as increased capabilities in creative production and digital practice.

Zenergy Communications

Zenergy Communications was named the public relations agency of record for Leav, a Canadian tech startup offering a mobile self-checkout platform. The agency will help to build brand awareness and support growth.
